What is Fifteen?

Fifteen Amsterdam is no ordinary restaurant. It is based on the successful concept of Jamie Oliver’s restaurant Fifteen in London, and continues his vision which is to give 15-20 youngsters every year the opportunity to change their lives and train to become chefs. The sixth group of new apprentices started their training last September.
