Inspiration
At restaurant Fifteen you will meet our apprentices by entering the restaurant! They will guide you to your table, serve your drinks and prepare delicious food behind the stove. Fifteen works with youngsters between 17 and 25 years old, whom will get a new chance by being educated to become a host(ess) or chef. The trainees will be intensively accompanied within and outside the restaurant. They will be happy to meet you!

Motivation
Josra Makhlouf, 16 years, Fifteen trainee group 6:
"Via Childcare I signed up and teh confirmation lettre made me really happy! Now I do things I really like and didn't know before. Like skinning a dear and also the excursions we were on. There we learn where products really come from. I want to keep learning and specializing my skills."
Specialization
After their internship at Fifteen, school work via Fifteen werkt! ( traing school) and accompaniment by jobcoaches (on-the-job, so a professional) and work coach (for personal accompaniment) teh trainees are ready to be relocated to a new job in hospitality in Amsterdam or her surroundings.
Brian (group 9) is hired at 'Neva', the restaurant at the Hermitage, Mohammed is prepared delicious sea food platters at well known fish restaurant 'Vis aan de Schelde'. Bjorn prepares fresh pasta with a lot of passion at 'Vapiano' and Iris (group 9) will serve you the finest espresso's or latte at 'Anne en Max' at Alkmaar.
