That is why we educate and train young people. In our restaurant and in life. Not only do we have our own school we also work closely with Lindenhoff Farm in Baambrugge. As part of their education our students grow and work with the best seasonal produce.

*Great food, keenly priced for Amsterdam, just a tram stop away from the main railway station. great Atmosphere, would recommend a visit if you're in the neighbourhood.
